Well, here we go again.
Nestled on an exclusive stretch of the Zambezi River, &Beyond Matetsi River Lodge celebrates the region’s fascinating heritage with authentic features and effortlessly combines them with light and airy contemporary interiors. Designed to make the most of the reserve’s spectacular views, the lodge’s two camps, of just nine suites each, are complimented by tranquil guest areas.
Situated within 40 km (25 miles) of the Victoria Falls, the reserve’s unique location means that guests also have convenient and easy access to the magnificent sights and variety of adrenalin adventures available at the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Matetsi River Lodge features two camps, each with nine suites, including two family suites. The suites are furnished with natural materials, in keeping with the overall style of the property. For larger families or groups, the Matetsi River House is available for private hire, which sleeps up to 8 guests, and provides an added element of privacy.
Benefiting from the large private wildlife concession, and exclusive river frontage, Matetsi River Lodge offers guests a host of activities from safaris to microlight flights. It is possible to spot a variety of animals in the surrounding area, including elephant, hippo, lion, leopard and African wild dog.
